Written by Danna Villamil
Updated today

We’ve updated your dashboard with several improvements designed to save you time and keep your patient communication on track. These features focus on smarter navigation and clearer visibility so you can move through your workflow with fewer clicks.

💬 Communicate with Confidence

🔍 Read Receipts in Patient Chat

Take the guesswork out of follow-ups.

  • What’s New: You can now see exactly when a patient has viewed your message.

  • Privacy Note: These receipts are visible to your practice only. Patients cannot see when you have read their messages.

  • The Benefit: Know exactly when a message has been read so you can decide when (and if) a follow-up is necessary.

⚡ Work Faster with Smoother Navigation

🔗 One-Click PMS Linking

Bridge the gap between your tools.

  • The Update: Link patient profiles directly to your web-based Practice Management System (PMS) or treatment planning software.

  • The Benefit: Jump to a patient’s external record in one click - no more manual searching across different tabs.

📋 Instant Protocol Visibility

Stop clicking the Protocol tab to find basic info.

  • The Update: You can now see the Protocol Name directly within the Monitoring Information section on the patient card.

  • The Benefit: Identify exactly what treatment track a patient is on at a glance.

🌐 Smarter Browser Tabs

Finding the right tab just got easier.

  • The Update: We’ve improved browser tab titles to include the patient’s name.

  • The Benefit: If you have multiple patient cards open, you can now navigate between tabs confidently without having to click into each one to see who it is.

🪟 Flexible Pop-Up Windows

Don't let a pop-up block your view.

  • The Update: You can now click and drag to reposition any pop-up window on your dashboard.

  • The Benefit: No more working around pop-ups. You can simply move them to keep the information you need in view.

💡 Why it matters:

These updates help you spend less time navigating the software and more time focused on your patients.
