500 errors are rare but usually indicate a bug that must be fixed or an instability of the system. When this happens, try refreshing once. If it does not solve the problem, do not try refreshing more.

Please note there is an alert system in place alerting the dev/infrastructure team of such errors. However if the 500 error is truly preventing you from going ahead, you can contact your local support team.

Please note: you might sometimes see a 503 error when a new version is being released. You’ve just caught a server in the middle of a reboot, but this should not last for more than a few seconds.
