A patient receives a 403 error while trying to activate the DM App.

DM App activation link is valid for 30 days and only works once. If the patient gets a 403 error, please follow these steps:

  • Ask the patient to logout via the ‘Logout’ button on the top right hand side of the screen

  • Once the patient is logged out and back to his/her mailbox, send him/her a new activation link

  • Only then, ask him/her to press the second link to get into the app.
