In the event where you previously did not activate access to your microphone/camera upon using the video message feature on the dashboard, it is possible that such an error message appears on your screen.
It is also possible that you do not get an error message but do not see the buttons to activate your camera and/or microphone upon starting a recording.
In this situation, please close the pop-up as well as the video message tab, and follow the steps below according to the browser and device you are using:
