Here’s a list of the devices that have been identified as not compatible with ScanAssist. Patients that are using devices not compatible with ScanAssist will automatically fallback to V1 (old scan process). Last update: May 31st 2024.

For a patient to make sure their phone is not compatible with ScanAssist, they can go to their profile > Scan settings > ScanBox pro. If they see the blue banner and the toggle is disabled, it means it's not supporting ScanAssist.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list.
