If you are experiencing flash problems when taking your scan, follow these quick troubleshooting steps to resolve them before contacting support:

  1. Cool Down Your Phone

    • If the device feels hot, let it cool down before using it again.

  2. Check Battery Level

    • Charge the phone if the battery is below 25%.

  3. Restart the App

    • Close and reopen the app to fix temporary glitches.

If Problems Persist

  • Ensure the app and phone software are up to date.

  • Test the flash in other apps.
