It is not possible to avoid the 1st scan NO-GO, but if you want the patient’s first scan to reflect a GO, there is a workaround.
If the first scan is taken later than the scan interval (i.e. if the scan frequency is set to 7 days and the first scan is taken on day 8 or after), then there is no automatic NO-GO.
In order to do that, you can start the monitoring in advance then pause it until the patient comes to the practice, to ensure the first scan is taken after the set scan interval, thus triggering a GO.
