There are two ways to update a patient’s scan interval or frequency:
From the Patient Card – This option allows you to update the scan interval for the selected patient only.
Under Frequency in the left panel, click Change.
Select the desired scan frequency.
Click Apply to save the change.
You can also access Change scan frequency by clicking + New Action
From the Quickstart – This option allows you to update the scan interval for all new patients moving forward.
Select the Quickstart you want to update.
Click Edit.
Select the new scan frequeny.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Note: Changes made to a Quickstart will apply only to new patients assigned to that Quickstart. Existing patients will not be automatically updated.
