Step 1: Press the button on the side to expand the phone support

Step 2: Place your phone on the support making sure the camera is facing towards the cheek retractor tube tube. We recommend removing any phone case before placing the phone in the ScanBox pro for better support.

Step 3: Close the phone support to secure your phone.

Step 4: Press the button on top to adjust the cheek retractor tube paring window to fit you phone’s camera position

Step 5: Confirm that the camera is placed in the center of the cheek retractor tube paring window

Step 6: Insert the cheek retractor tube

Step 7: Launch the DM patient app and start scanning
