According to the phone model, you will need to place the DM ScanBox teardrop on a specific scale to ensure the best scan quality possible.
Here are the recommended placements according to the Huawei phone model in use:
Huawei Mate 30 pro:
As the Huawei Mate 30 pro camera and flash are in a specific position compared to more standard phones, you will have to position the phone slightly differently in order to fit both of them in the DM ScanBox opening. The phone will have to slightly stick out from the initial position (see picture below) to ensure the best scan possible.
